Comment:

He is a great guy. He has a sense of humor that can seem rough, but he doesn't mean anything personally. I thought it was funny when he roasted me honestly. He explains the material well and actually cares if the students understand the material before moving on. People that say bad things about him are the ones that expect to be handed easy As.

Comment:

Dorabiala was fantastic! Once you get past his sarcasm and attitude. But in the end I learned to not take his comments personally, thats just how he is with everyone. I loved the way he taught the class and presented the material in the easiest possible way. His availability outside of class was the only complaint I have.

He's probably going to roast you at some point, but it keeps class interesting. He really does want you to do well, and if you go to his office hours you can definitely tell that he cares. The reason a lot of kids do bad is because they just want to do the problems mechanically but hes gonna make you think. He really is a great teacher though.

He has a strong character at times, but he is a nice guy. He likes making jokes in class a lot and genuinely wants to help students. He is definitely much harder on students who do put in the work, but he explains things pretty well and I liked his teaching style.

Very arrogant and rude, there was a person who asked questions, directly that you do not even know the issue of qualifications, and no one later asked questions in class, the lesson is as silent as death, and everyone Is watching him lectures, lectures very fast, quiz is always red plus the title, the hardest of all professors

He was a really great teacher and was extremely willing to help you understand the material. He made jokes throughout the class and would always try to brighten the mood. Tests weren't too hard but the quizzes were if you didn't study.

If you are decent at math and have a solid work ethic you will pass. I HIGHLY recommend attending every lecture if you want to pass. Hard quizzes and he grades them even harder. The tests are easier than the quizzes and he grades easier on them as well. He is also downright hilarious. Super willing to help. All around great guy and teacher.

I really did not like him but you can tell he is a brilliant guy, i just didn't like his style of teaching. He is a bit arrogant and expects a lot from you, his examples and office hours did not help much. Very tough weekly quizzes and exams, class started with 35 people and ended with only 5. If you're very good at math take him if not avoid him

I personally thought that he was an excellent professor, even though a few people may not agree. He's really funny in class and explains he's examples well. He really cares about giving you a good grade. He may tease you a lot in class, but he's only joking. I would absolutely take him again.

Best math teacher I've had since high school. Goes through lecture fast but gives lots of examples. He likes to tease but don't be intimidated by that. He's actually a really nice guy. He doesn't mark the homework but do all of them--math is all about practice! he also gives extra credits occasionally for solving problems in class. Generous grader.

Definitely helpful. His quizzes are harder than the actual exams, so don't be anxious. Do your homework problems or you will not be able to catch up. Got nice sense of humor, keeping the class enjoyable while speeding through the homework problems. Very generous and kind during office hours. If you need help, should definitely visit.

Definitely one of my favorite teachers here. I am taking him again in 141 right now. He is really tough on his students but don't be intimidated, he just cares. Very helpful in office hours. Very smart and a good sense of humor as you will find out. His quizzes are harder than exams so they prep you well.

He spent the first two weeks of class telling kids who did not know the prior requests to drop the class. If you don't know they especially the trig functions you will not do well. He is extremely helpful in office hours and really know material. The quizzes are difficult but they really prepare you for the exam. I am taking him again for 141

Hands down the best professor I have ever taken. You have to work for the grade you want, but it is by far the most satisfying class that I have had in my life. He is extremely informative, helps the students that come to class, and has a fantastic sense of humor. His class is fun, interesting, and challenges you. Easily would take again.
