Comment:

Only reason i managed a decent grade. I studied for only 3 days before the final, had a 55 in the mid so i needed a really good grade in the final. When I'd go to prof with questions, he'd know exactly where my understanding was lacking and would explain the whole concept in detail. Just a little thick on the accent tho.

He is definitely the best prof I had at mcgill! I took the course first with another prof and I failed, but with Shao, I ended up getting an A and really feel like I understand this class like 85%. He is super clear and has a good teaching strategy. When u ask him question, he knows immediately where u got wrong or which concept u didn't understand
