I knew enough and took this calss for some easy credits. Profssor malhotra changed my perspective about the aplicability of some of the basic technologies that I took for granted from a programming perspective. He brings in a fresh perspective of bridging theory with real world - definitely got more than I planned for.

Don't trust the dishonest comments posted by disgruntled students who were caught cheating and their grades cancelled as the course enforces academic integrity. As an honors student taking this course, I can vouch that it is one of the most if not the most valuable class taken in last three years.

I previously wrote a comment, and it has been deleted. I assume this has happened to many students before me. Do not take this class with Professor Malhotra, it is a horrible experience.

In team project review of April 15, my team?s Web site and another received bonus points from the professor for meeting review deadline. Based upon project guideline, we used HTML Dreamweaver learnt in last month and used NO Flash. Statements of other teams 4 members are all false misleading.

His course is modular project based, Scottrade, Myspace and Facebook, Microsoft Excel projects, Entrepreneurs Microsoft Access project, Team e-Business project with Dreamweaver and Web 2.0, etc. Like this format over brain dump in mid-term and finals.

In recent classes we discussed Cloud Computing and if it will trump Microsoft Windows, IT strategy for MySpace versus Facebook, Google?s new Web browser Chrome and new facial recognition capability in Google?s Picasa. Today we do Ms-Excel Pivot Tables and in another week, build a stock reporter based on Ms-Excel macros. Wow!

I found it exhausting trying to understand his speech Indian dialect. This caused a considerable distinction for me, between the challenges of understanding him in class and the first quiz. I found his quizes to be very good, and well written. And yes, his expectations are very clear.

I had him for two courses. When it comes to helping understand most complex concepts in crystal clear language, I donĂ¢€™t know anyone better. He expects that you come prepared as technical stuff he teaches requires advanced study. He makes it clear if you donĂ¢€™t come prepared you will have to make great effort and he always gives all the help he can.
