Prof. Seech is outstanding in every sense of the word. His lectures are comprehensive and through. You are never unclear about what is it you are expected to be learning. I am currently enrolled in his Buddhism course and love every class! Don't expect a grade hand out though. He does expect college level effort, participation and value.

This class was one of the best I have ever taken. Professor Seech is amazing. His lectures are really interesting and involved. There is a lot of work in this course and it can be stressful, but it is so worth it. I will never forget this man or his class. He really opened my eyes to a new way of viewing the world and the part I play in it.

The class Lightly forced me to look deep down to a place in my soul I have been pathetically running from my entire life. I was able to sub-consciously tackle issues that I have been ignoring and keeping IN THE CLOSET for too long. Although it was a painful process for me, I no longer hate myself. God sent me Dr. Seech at I time I needed most.

Not a class to take lightly, there is a lot of work involved. I personally thought it was too much for a survey course. Lightly puts students on the spot and blurts out comments which irritated me just a little bit. I found myself angry after each class for having to think about things I really did not care to think about. Very good teacher overall

I took one semester at Palomar in between years at a four year school, and of all of the things I learned at both schools, it was Prof. Seech's class that resurfaces the most. Try. Seriously. Try. Learn the material and internalize it. I graduated with an engineering degree, and when it's all said and done, THIS was the class I needed most. Try.

An amazing Professor. He helped me see the role spirituality should have in life. The reading assignments he gave were fascinating. Do not expect an easy A. It will be a tough yet fulfilling class. Work on your grammar. He will knock off points due to improper grammar.

Seech is an awesome professor, very passionate and knows his stuff. The class is however VERY hard and challenging but very eye opening, rewarding and educational. Not an easy A! You will have to study hard. The class should be more than 3 units! Tests are hard. Grammar is EXTREMELY important! Bad grammar will fail you. Take Eng100 before this one!

Make sure to read your textbook at home. He hates it when people come to class and haven't read the chapters. Excellent grading system. Final exam is an optional retake of one of the previous 3 exams. Two projects will be done. If you don't understand, he'll make time to see you in his office.

Great Prof. Very knowledgable in this subject. I think he is Buddhist cause he loves talking about that religion. There will be reading assignments, but all the literature is very interesting. You can earn up to 10% of grade in extra credit. I learned a lot, and was thankful to have taken him

Professor Seech is the best teacher I have encountered yet. He is extremely friendly and always a joy to be around. He is very knowledgeable about his subject and always presents the material enthusiastically. However, to do well in his class requires an open mind and good language skills. Overall, a wonderful professor.

Seriously one of the nicest, friendliest professors at Palomar college. Assigns alot of books, but its good stuff to read and the books are very short (about 100 pages at most). Also assigns many short essays/ reading responses, but they aren't hard at all. Very helpful. He knows his stuff. :)
