Easy A if you show up to class, take time outside of class to study practice problems and concepts. Exams are multiple choice but the grade is solely based off the 4 exams and lab. Usually curves exams and lets class out an hour early.

Overall, a very good professor. Concepts are explained clearly, the examples are helpful, and the exams are very fair. He really cares about his students and is always willing to help. I would definitely take this class again with him!

Comment:

He is probably the best Physics professor if not the best science teacher I've ever had at Towson. Very helpful and always lends you a hand whenever needed. His accent is noticeable. Exams are multiple choice and he curves. Sometimes I even got above 100% on multiple exams. Exams are easy I don't know why people thought his class was hard

Zverev is great. His tests are easy and are only multiple choice and some fill in the blanks. He is fair. Take him and you won't regret it! (Hot but cool)

Probably one of the worst professors I've ever taken. Very nice guy, just doesn't know how to teach. Definitely recommend taking a different professor.

Dr. Zverev is an excellent professor. He truly cares for all students and his tests are fairly easy. All his exam problems come straight from his examples he does in class. Curves most exams and loves helping his students via email. He is simply the nicest professor. Study a little bit and you will pass his class. Exams are all multiple choice!!

He was not very clear at all. He talked very low (and I sat in the front row). His tests were hard, but he offered a slight curve (not enough to help me though). Read the book prior to lecture and that might help. If physics is not your best subject, pick another professor.

The worst teacher, but he does curve the grades and is easy to cheat on. Sometimes if you keep asking him questions on the test day, he will end up explaining the solution.

He curves his tests and thats the only thing that saved me in this class. Not good at teaching or explaining things. I went to physics tutoring every monday bc zverev didnt teach it well. His tests are multiple choice-which is great and he gives u an equation sheet. and its real easy to cheat in his class haha sorry but it saved me- good luck

You have to teach yourself!!!! He cant teach, however, the curve is amazing. I should have gotten an F (not even an E, but an F!!) but I got a B-. So I guess the class has its perks, but its a very frustrating class and I spent the whole semester with my head in my physics text. You will too.
