Clear guidelines, answers questions, and doesn't try and trick you on tests. He tends to yell a lot in class, but it's usually out of excitement for the subject matter. He can be a little rude and condescending. The class is very manageable, stay on top of the homework!!

Great teacher! Had daily worksheets that would go over what we just learned. Tons of extra points that basically handed to you if you take 10 minutes to do it. Let you use anything and everything on the test, but because of that expect to know alot! easy to learn with an easy going fun teacher! Take him if you can!

He is a fantastic teacher! Very knowledgable and easy to understand even when math is not your thing.Very helpful, funny, and very nice. He is a rare math teacher who understands that not everyone is going to like math that much. Wonderful teacher, take him if you can!

I really enjoyed Dr. Hoogheem's class. He made class fun for someone who really doesn't enjoy math. If you ever have a question, he is more than willing to help explain the concept to you. MATH 126 was incredibly easy and a great way to fulfill your required math credit!
