a sweet lady & is very helpful. a fair grader- though i didnt think so in the begining i def saw improvement as the semester went along. her voice can get alittle annoying but her class is real easy. you write one essay, get a grade for it then the next one you usually elaborate on and get another grade so you dont really have to write as much.

It seems she has been teaching for a very long time, and has become bored with her job. She is pretty strict with attendance and takes roll every class. Overall there were 9 grades in the class. Mostly from different papers. Only one paper was hard. She is pretty opinionated and classes drag out longer than any other. I wouldnt take her again.

I loved her and got an a in her class, but I love English. You need to figure out what she is looking for. She loves detail and is obcessive about grammar. If you ask for help... she gives it. I*ve never had a hard time with her. She*s a very nice lady just can be boring. Suck up and you*ll be fine :-)

I could see why others would not like her. I got past her cold disposition and found that she is massively helpful (conferences did wonders for my term paper) and is nice in person. I just hope i didnt disappoint her too much when i said i was a computer science major. Picky with detail and grammar, so pay attention to that and ull do well.

Very kind lady personally, but she is difficult to understand and sometimes makes the class drag. She tries to be too detailed sometimes and then loses you. Once you figure out what she wants, everything is ok, but until then, She is pretty tough. It is hard to get an A in her class.

Sweet lady. Cares about you and wants you to do well. The people in my class who hated her were the people that seemed to think they didn't need to be there. Yet their grades showed otherwise. I missed a couple classed and she called my house to make sure I was okay. I really enjoyed her class.
