She really enjoys teaching the subject, but is a little hard to understand. She is very thorough when explaining but it still doesn't quite make sense sometimes. Overall fair marker and easy class, lots of group projects and opportunities for bonus marks.

It takes awhile to understand what Nedelcu is saying, but she can speak english fairly well. She likes to say umm a lot, in fact the guys across the aisle from me took daily tallies. Fairly easy class, slides have most of the info, textbook has the rest. Got an A- and put very little effort into studying or regular attendance. Nice prof, means well

Nice person, if you go up and talk to her. Can be difficult to understand at times, but the material (in cell bio, at least) wasn't that hard anyways. Her midterms have multiple formats, so it can be tricky to nail down (and they're usually laden with mistakes on her part... just point them out for free marks ;)

Lots of students get a bad impression of Dr. Nedelcu because they find cell bio hard, but if you go see her,she is very helpful and really wants all students to do the best they can. I reccomend one of her upper year evolution courses. Much easier than cell bio. She's very easy going. I'd say she's a great teacher.

I hated that class. She is a really bad teacher. Her midterms are all different you would just get used to the way she would ask a question and then she would change the format. Like most other people said you don't need to go to her calss!
