Knew his stuff front-and-back... made class interesting, even though it was a huge lecture.

Interesting material. My lecture notes from one 50 minute class were easily 8-10 pages and I had no clue what I was writing about as I was too focused on getting everything down! Too much for a freshman (SOC 101) to handle but good for upperclassmen.

Intelligent, witty, and a little eccentric. Plus, he has a deep interest in his subject mattter, which makes the class interesting. He is always welcoming of discussion as well, which is nice. Very informal style.
