I took this online class for a gen-ed math requirement. I am not invested in math, being a Humanities major, but this class was so good. There were quizzes online, doable and preferable, in my opinion, to having to do them in person. The final, however, was in person. Either way, she is a fantastic choice for stats, considering some other choices

THIS PROFESSOR IS AMAZING. This was my fourth time taking this class and I have been getting A's all semester. This never happens in math class, let alone statistics. She explains everything so clearly and step by step. Homework is optional but is recommended to keep you on track. Highly recommend if you struggle with math

Great teacher. I struggled with math, but she explains everything so well that I understood everything just fine. Do the homework so that you'll get enough practice and you should be good to go. She doesn't take attendance, but if you don't show up you'll miss a lot. She doesn't waste a minute of class time!

Took the online class and she seemed rather rude. She puts questions on the tests that you don't even go over in the notes and tries to be funny, but isn't and the book was useless.

Great teacher if you are just looking to obtain the Gen Ed. If you are a very poor math student I would not suggest her simply because she isn't on campus often. Go to class, do most of the homework. Go to the tutor center = at least a B

Very good class. Attendance is not mandatory but if you go you will pass it is that simple. Gives hw every class but it is optional. 4 tests and one of them is take home. Good class overall.

She knows 95% of the students in class are taking it to knock out the gen ed, and she helps you do it. Is a high school teacher as a day job, and teaches this course like it. Teaches to the exams and the Dept final. If you want to take the course to understand the concepts for life, move on. If u r in it for the gen ed, she's perfect. TAKE NOTES!

I took this stats class with her because of what everyone said but she was horrible! When I asked for extra help she told me that it would be "unfair" if she didn't allow the rest of the class. Her notes were not clear. She over complicated everything. I got a tutor and THANKFULLY that was my saving grace. I don't care if she is amazingly gorgeous.

A really talented professor. Makes everything easy to understand...notes are crystal clear. Tests are difficult but it's statistics!! It's going to be hard no matter what. She makes it so easy, though. A fantastic teacher. TAKE HER!!

Cassandra Vincent was the best math teacher i ever had. Her pristine beauty, wit and charm is only surpassed by her compleat mastery of the subject. I throughly recomend cassandra for anyone.

If you struggle at all with math, take her stats (mat161) class to knock off the math gen-ed. Although she will tell you on the first day she is not the teacher for someone who needs lots of math help, you wont need it if you pay attention in class. she makes every topic crystal clear. easy A even for bad math students.

i am TERRIBLE at math and this class was pretty do-able for me. She's nice and makes it as easy as she can. Do the homework!!!!!! she's awesome, if i don't pass the class I'm taking it again with her lol ;)
