This professor is totally disengaged from actually teaching the material; all he does is grade assignments. His reponses to questions are very slow, vague and usually condescending. He puts way too much emphasis on using correct APA format and ignores the actual content of assignments.I don't recommend him; he's not hard but he's horrible

Took online-Res. Meth. in CJ. class was real easy. weekly quizzes are ridiculous easy. midterm and final exams are made up of quiz questions so share the wealth and you will get an easy A. I never really read the book. I ready enough to write my posts that's it. teacher is pretty easy going.

Mr. Russo is great! I took him inclass and the tests are open book but are extremely hard. you need to know who said/wrote what, what happend in this vs. that cases, what year things took place etc; do your homework the best you can, come to class, and be ready for the tests and you'll do great!

Organized Crime class online, very simple, just have to do the postings and take the weekly quizzes. Only 2 tests and thats it. Its an online class so the tests are open book. Extremely Easy A!!

I have had 3 classes with Mr. Russo, and not by choice, only because he is the only one teaching the ones I need. His classes are straight to the point, but you MUST do exactly as he says or you will not do good. He is arrogant, a "know it all", and not a friendly guy. I wish I would have had to never take another class with him after that first on

Research Methods online very boring but if you read the book and do the discussions you can get an easy A. Discussions and small quizzes every week and then 2 tests, midterm and final. NO PROJECTS or PAPERS!! His classes are not too much work. Online classes are Open Book tests people, so easy!

Stay away!! This guy is something else. I too want to kill puppies after having him. He is the most arrogant, egotistical S.O.B. He thinks he knows it all and is the smartest person alive. Very sarcastic and demeaning to you. Had him Basic Law Enforcement School. Be warned!! I would rather eat glass and****razor blades than deal with him again.

EXCELLENT professor. Makes lectures interesting and well rounded. Always willing to help. He helped me with job interviews and even went out of his way to get me sponsored by his agency. Would STRONGLY recommend!

Horrible professor. I asked for my graded homework back and he said that he shreds it. He is very rude and arrogant. My suggestion is to not take him at all!!! I wondered why there was only 10 people in his class--now i know he sucks!!

Took this online...don't make the same mistake. I saw all the negative reviews, and decided to chance it because I need to class to graduate on time. Utterly vague, our weekly conversations aren't graded till the very end. He doesn't have a continuing conversation in the discussions, but throws in a last word and closes it. Disappointing.

This teacher makes me want to kill puppies. He has the weirdest grading scale where every test question is worth a percentage point of your grade. I had to begin a grade appeal before he admitted that his tests had bad questions.

I wish I avoided this teacher like the comment below stated. He sucks really bad, He replies lat to questions. does not tell what others score on quizzes/exams so you could examin your progress. Does not participate much in discussion. the documents he posts do not help you pass quizes or understand chapters, it seems that he made them 7 year ago.

If you can avoid this professor, please do! He does not grade any work untill the end. He knows everything and he is perfect. His online classes are boring as you do the same week by week. You cannot even ask him about your grades, he gets extremely upset. My recommendation, AVOID HIM... He is rude and does not care about his students.

(Online)-Very clear rules for the class. Make sure you answer all the postings and respond to the exact number of people he tells you to respond to. Tests are open book and there is plenty of time to answer the questions. I would recommend him and take him again.

He's not the easiest professor, but I think he's fair. As long as you follow the syllabus to a T, you have no excuse not to do well in his class. Just read the assigned chapters, turn everything in early, and do your discussion postings!

Mr. Russo should not be teaching at any university. It is not that he is hard, he is unclear, unfair, rude, and does not care about his students. He is lazy and does not like to check your work to the very end. He doesn't want to be bothered with any questions. I think he would be great for a military position. Please avoid him. LAZY LAZY.

This guy sucks. His online class is awful. He gives you a vague description of what he wants to see in discussions in the syllabus, but then doesn't grade any of it until the last week. It's worth a huge chunk of your grade, but he won't let you know how you're doing or even why you did poorly. He's not a concerned teacher. I'd avoid him.
