Had him for 2 classes, he will ride your ass as a first year student, because he is old school thinking you need tuning in first, whether you deserve it or not. A mediocre chef at best, but I cannot ever forgive him for coming to class after happy hour and marking our hard work with alcohol on his breath, that is very unprofessional.

I absolutely owe any success in my culinary career to Chef Lawson. He was tough, and fair. I learned a great deal from him and after college he took an interest in any restaurant I worked. He even helped us out a few times. A great man, and a lifelong mentor. That special apron his former students made him was a nice touch, too. Thanks, chef. A.G.

This man is a jackass. He loves to dictate his own way even though someone else taught you another way. The man doesn't like to help you. He is bothered when you ask him a question. And he gives inappropriate marks to those who work their butts off with amazing dishes. Two words: BAD EXPERIENCE.

I've been out of his class for like 3 years and it's the only class I remember, Lawson has a way of making you learn, even if you're a bumbling Idiot. I enjoyed the fact that he's one of the few Professers that care for the student's. It'd be worth the money if all teachers were like Chef Lawson!

I would have preffered 10 years hard labor. I learned more than I could imagion, but **dictatorship** is his teaching style. Nobody ever got higher than a b- (and there dishes were amazing)
