His tests are so old and hard. The book is uselss because his tests are based on his lectures. He needs to learn how to use the computer because his tests are all typewritten blurry. His class is boring and his jokes are corny. He thinks that giving you fewer problems gives you extra points but it does not.

He's a hard old school teacher.Hist tests are old and still typewritten (blurry)!It is hard to pass his class because his tests are based on his lectures. The examples on the book is very different than his lectures.He also tells many corny jokes.He sometimes decreases the questions in the exam to let you think that his exams are easy which is not.

Dr. Pinchuk is a very helpful teacher. If you are a accounting major take him, you will learn a lot from his class. His class its not easy but if you do your homework and attend class you will learn different stradegies besides the ones from the book. Attendance its not mandatory but i recommend it. Its not easy to get an A, but it is possible.

I don't recommend anyone taking his class unless you're only taking one class and have no life!! His tests are extremely hard! He is a nice guy and can be helpful, but your grade is based on the tests. And they are hard!!!! Be prepared to study your ass off to receive a mediocre grade.

This is a hard class, but is do-able. I got an A in ACCT 1A and a C in this class. You must do the hw or else you are lost and will fail the tests! Comprehensive 200 pt. final, so look out for that. He is a nice man and tries to make the material easy, but it is hard. Plain and simple, you must study hard to pass!!!

Not the easiest class or material. 6 exams + final. Drops lowest exam. Read the book & practice the hw over & over to do well on the exams. Does move at a rather rapid pace but that means you will cover all the material. Not the most thorough prof. but does give some helpful tips every now & then. You will ace the class if you're dedicated. I did.

I think he's a very good teacher. The test are totally based on what he goes over in class and what's in the exercises. Most people who complain probably didn't understand the exercises, but those are ESSENTIAL to passing the tests. I got A's on most of the exams, and they weren't that tricky. He's a sweet teacher!

Tests are difficult, and completely different from what he goes over in class. He doesn't return the HW's or let you keep the tests to review. I didn't hear a voice from more than 75% of the class, which means he doesn't stress class interaction at all. Avoid him, and you'll be set for ACCT 1B.

His tests are extremely hard! I studied really hard and paid attention in class, and I failed the first test! (I'm a B student) I don't think he adequately prepares you for the test with his lectures. He tends to get off on tagents. My advice, if you must take him,: Get a tutor who has had him before!
