Comment:
Worst teacher at BC. Lectures are incredibly boring. He literally repeats everything from the previous class. Def passionate about Cuba which is cool, but I was bored about my mind every class. Highly recommend taking another teacher.

He was an interesting guy, and I enjoyed how he conducted class. I have a hard time accepting such enthusiasm for Cuba as a political and economic model that he seemed to convey. Doesn't mesh well either with the fact that 20% of that country emigrated, or with what I saw when I visited. Seems like a good guy though

I had Frank for an independent study. It was very informative and interesting. He is a great lecturer and he speaks to you as an equal when you see him one on one. He is an asset to BC.
