Not a good teacher. Ecstatic to get out with a B even though I have a 3.8 GPA. Most of my group members received a C. Not organized. Fell asleep during our presentation.

Terrible professor, too interested in her own "phd" work, should not be teaching since she can't put the required effort in. True about questions, if u don't think the way she does u'll be guessing for hours, and do not know how she passed kindergarten since my 3 year old has better handwriting than her! Be prepared to teach yourself this class.

Horrendous professor, stay away! Very unclear about what she wants, exams contain her own personal questions that are impossible to answer correctly. Cares about peoples "feelings", most class time is dedicated to asking questions around the room. Gets pissed off when you don't know the answer or disagree with what she thinks. GPA Wrecker!!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Stay away at all costs! Everything about how she runs the class is terrible. Half the time she is asking people for their opinions and waiting for someone to say exactly what she is thinking. It is hard to guess what an insane person is thinking. Bad English and randomly gives homework to people who speak up in class.

Worst teacher at UCF.I graduated in December& in my whole ucf career I never had a worst teacher. Can barely speak english,confuses herself when giving examples,has little credibility,brings no insight,is a joke to faculty & students.Who needs pointers on corporate US standards from a French Canadian. She lacks common sense & cannot speak english!!

Go by these reviews and do not take Ms. Markova. I am an HR major and she was just a horrible teacher. She sets bad expectations, gives even worse instructions. I am an A student and the only reason I ended up with a B+ in her class was due to a million extra credit points.

Although I got an A in the class, I had to work incredibly hard for it. Her assignments are unclear and she is extremely unorganized. Give points based on her opinion of how much you participate in class- except she doesnt even know our names. Tons of extra credit opportunities though......

She's not an awful teacher but she IS very hard to understand. Has difficulty getting the material accross to students. Nice in the beginning of the semester but changes into another person later on. Is willing to help you. Gives tons of extra credit points if you can understand the assignment.

There is one project with presentation. She does not know HR material very well and has hard time explaining material, you kind of feel stupid for paying for a class that you dont learn anything in. Tests: Read book and slides. Go to class for partcipation pts. Easy A/B. Waste of time though.
