Mrs. Heisey is fantastic at explaining concepts visually & offering many examples. She was good at anticipating how students got the wrong answers and guiding us to the right solution. You need to do homework because that's the only review of the material you'll get before the next lesson. You're not going to find a more accommodating teacher.

She is easy to understand with her lessons and expectations. She's helpful, nice and a great teacher for algebra at stevens. She gives plenty of time for tests. Overall a very layed-back, class, where if you do the assignments and get help if you need it you shouldn't have any trouble passing.

Had her for Trig. She's patronizing and strict at the same time, leaving no room for retort to her little comments she tends to make. Easily the worst teacher I've had thus far.
