I cannot express how great he is! He showed me my true interest in writing and how to reach my potential. I recommend everyone to take one of his classes. Even if you do not like writing, they are very easy classes and he is extremely flexible. The textbook is used almost everyday. There is no homework, and a take home final given a week before.

I absolutely adored this teacher!!! He's an elder and as sweet as can be. If you ask for help, he will stop at nothing to teach you until you understand. My writing skills have improved very much since taking this class, and I am DEFINITELY taking him again. Fantastic instructor!! Easy A too :)

I took him during winter session and it was a full house class. Only a few dropped, but that class is easy. Just do your speech and give your speech. Don't read because you will get docked, but you can read a LITTLE bit. Four speeches and you can't fail the finals.

Francis' class is fun. I recommend his class if you are intimidated to speak in front of others because Francis makes you feel at ease. He's a funny guy and very nice. Plus, he has the best final ever!!

TOTAL IDIOT! ALL TALK NO SUBSTANCE. Couldnt teach "how to fall out of a paper bag 101" if he was dumped out of the bag!!!! Has a thing for the girls, or guys who will do his dirty work. He was dishonest 20 yrs ago and will be dishonest in another 20. Wouldnt trust him with a photo of my worst enemy!

This guy is cool. He's very easy and pretty funny. Very laid back kind of guy. If you want to be in a really cool, and fun class, take Francis. I had him in summer school of 2006 and I loved it. The whole class got along as friends and it's a really relaxed class. Not stressful at all!

This guy is easy, but if you really want to become and major in journalism, he is horrible. The guy just doesn't know how to teach. He says that he wrote for a newspaper for 18 years and when he shows you how to write its like he knows nothing. He outs very little effort into his teaching. He is a theater major and has no degree in journalism!
