Professor Pamukcu is a great teacher as well as very helpful outside of class. I have taken almost every class taught by her and she is one of my favorite civil engineering professor's at lehigh. Save yourself the hassel and take her class is you have an option.

Very availible for conferences and willing to help, even if her lectures aren't the greatest. Tests are open book/open note. Sometimes loses control of the volume of her voice...hilarious.

Sibel is a very nice professor who sometimes gets lost in her notes and can sometimes lead you down the wrong path. Her biggest problem is that she sometimes yells random words throughout her sentences. At least it'll keep you awake for those 8 am geotech classes. Homework is sometimes out of this world difficult since it is not always taught.

very nice lady...but she simply can't teach to a large class. save yourself if she tries to do an example in class!!!! it will take very long and the answer will be wrong in the end....don't take the class seriously....it's a waste of time

You can just assume anything in this class. I've learned that settlement is very important, and Cullman's Metod is very, very powerful. Also, Slope-W is an extremely powerful program. Gamma water!!!!!!
