Completely mislead class about what to study for first test. Lowest grade I've made in college to date. Hard to understand in class and on tests. Couldn't understand if we had 8 or 80 questions on exam. Very thick accent.

Dr. Haddad's course was challenging. After the first exam, I learned that the lectures weren't nearly as valuable as the HW. At that point, I stopped watching the lectures and focused my efforts on the homework assignments. As for your grade, you need to do really well on the HW and group assignment to give you some breathing room on the exams.

He is transitioning into online classes, so he decided to make his face to face classes online as well. This is fine and dandy if you know how to teach yourself finance on the fly, but if not... well good luck. Don't expect his lectures or homework assignments to be pertinent to the type of questions you will find on the exams. would not recommend.

He teaches this like an MBA-level class which isn't necessarily a bad thing. He won't hold your hand but he is certainly there if you need help. If you don't understand what he's explaining or what he wants on an assignment, ASK. GO TO HIS OFFICE AND GET HIM TO EXPLAIN IT. He will make it very clear for you. Your grade is up to you-- not him.

Dr. Haddad is a very nice man, and he is more than willing to help you should you require assistance. The key is to ask him exactly what he wants from you. Do that and your life will become much easier. One thing to remember though, he will let you succeed or fail all on your own. Your success is completely up to you, as it should be.

The real problem I ran into was just figuring out what the man actually wanted. Tests are medium in difficulty and the portfolio can really help you if you do it well. Haddad is a nice guy, and lectures aren't really that bad. He just needs to be more clear about expectations.

Haddad is very hard to understand, sometimes you wont know what he wants you to do on homework. He gives pop quizzes whenever he feels like. The tests are very hard but if you do the quizzes, hw and do good on the portfolio you should be okay at the end of the semester.

Overall, I would say that Dr. Haddad is a pretty good teacher. He tends to go a little crazy with the larger formulas only to save the smaller formula that is actually used for last. He is willing to help anybody that is willing to try to get help. He wants students to do well but youre gonna have to do all the HW and study more than just the notes

Dr. Haddad is a great teacher. he will help you as long as you are willing to help yourself. Very nice, has a smart mouth sometimes, but it is not that bad. Only studied the day before the tests and made an A.

Study the book and CD for tests; go way beyond his tips for an exam. Study things he never mentioned in class. You might develop high blood pressure if you try to take notes in his class.

I would never take this teacher again. He does not know how to teach. He is by far the worst teacher I have had at Martin, thus far.

At first, I was a little scared; I was used to a different teaching style, but after a while, I lost my worries, he is a super nice guy and very willing to help you out! If you make an effort, you will not fail. If you want him to slow down, just tell him. Tests were pretty difficult, but take good notes and do hw probs you'll be ok. Def recommend!

Very nice willing to help everybody just needed to ask. He is a lot easier this year than in the past. Our final was a take home test most of us made 100s. he knows what he is talking about.

The class taught material that we covered in high school. Very elementary course for the MBA program. Needs more real world focus and analysis (ie a company wants to build a new plant, how should it pay for it). All materials learned are irrelevant.
