Mary Beth has probably been one of my least favorite professors. She's very bland in her lectures and it's VERY boring. I wasn't fond of her grading techniques or her failure in trying to tell directions for her assignments. Don't take her course.

Mrs. Torborg is the worst teacher I have ever had here at SCSU. When you try to ask her a question, she makes you feel stupid with her ridiculous remarks. She made me redo my entire speech (which was the last week of the semester!) simply because she didn't like my sources. When you go to her office, be prepared to get made fun of. Ridiculous.

Class assignments have nothing to do with the content of the class and took away from the lesson. Exam was terribly difficult. Her teaching ability is very low and she doesn't teach what is on the exam. If a question is asked she will take the round about answer and never answer the question, leaving the class in the dark and very confused. AVOID!

She's the worst professor I've ever had, she makes you feel stupid. She makes up stupid rules that don't even apply to the coarse. We go over a chapter for a day and have a huge exam the next day that's worth 100 point. Really hard grader. She got mad at me for wanting to change my topic on a speech. All over worst professor ever.

Horrible.She is one of the worst profs Ive had. Behind her pseudo-smiles is a unintelligent, bitter, mean, angry woman who doesnt have a clue about what she is doing. When someone asks a question, she goes out of her way to embarass them, and God FORBID you ever ask for help, even during office hours.She should be working a cash register somewhere

The tests are very hard. I did awful on the first one, then figured out how to study for the next ones and rocked 'em. Study hard for the tests, you'll have to put in your time. Beyond that...she's extremely nice and the class is fine. You have to earn your A, she doesn't just hand 'em out for fun like other professors.

She treats her students like they are 10. Does a lot of group work, which is more like a recess than an activity to help college students. Doesnt seem very clear on what she should be teaching. Class was very general.. easy. Hardest tests I've ever taken... lets your re-do your wrong answers for 1/2 pts though. I took her as a night class. nice

Only one word comes to mind: Pseudo! Pseudo Smile, Pseudo teacher, Pseudo Class. She eradicated my love for Rhetoric(temporarily). Bad Lecture(No Lecture), Excessive Notes, Too many groups, NO ANSWERS, NO OPINIONS! Although she is creative, her creativity is aimed towards trifle things! Easy to obtain an A, however your Self esteem to receive an F!

She does have rude comments when you ask her something, and she is often very unclear about what she wants you to do or how she wants you to do something. She can be somewhat helpful but only if you EMAIL her and ask her. The everyday quizzes were tough- you need to read the book!!!!

Overall a good professor. She taught the information and than tested on it. Not much homework and I got a B on the first exam without much time to study. For all of you who said she should be fired...grow up. Sure you'll actually have to read, but this is college, it's not supoosed to be easy.
