Comment:
Very boring and monotonous professor. She just scrolls through the powerpoints and reads off them. The class isn't too difficult if you read the textbook, its a definite must have to pass. If you get a 90+ on exams and hand in assignments on time, she'll exempt you from the final. Basically taught myself or else I wouldn't have done well.

If you come to class and pay attention you should be good. Your best bet if you start slacking is to go to her office. She is really nice. Take the time to talk to her and she will give you extra credit

Professor Mulligan was the worst professor I ever had. She let my class out early almost every single day, because she breezed through the PowerPoints. She does not explain what we are learning and her answers to questions are useless. Use the old quizzes and exams for the final. Memorize every little detail in the textbooks. Good luck.

Only reads from slides, quietly, and doesn't explain anything. She also flips through the slides so quickly that you can't get anything down. Drops lowest test grade but grades really weird. Doesn't show up to office hours. it's hard to do well because the textbook is also poorly written. Overall, take this with another teacher.

She is a nice lady and knows her subject, BUTTT she has absolutely no teaching ability. It's nearly impossible to stay awake in her class, as she reads off the slides in extremely slow manner, pausing a lot with a very quiet voice to begin with. Tests are somewhat easy. Terrible teacher, but is probably one of the best in political science dept.

I hated economics and everything that went along with it in high school, but this woman made me LOVE it. She is a wonderful professor who is extremely approachable and wants her students to succeed. Also, she drops your lowest test score!

Mulligan reminds me of my grandmother. Old and soo nice. But she does have the voice that can put someone to bed. Concentrate as hard as you can or else you will fail your tests. She does give extra help in the office and encourages it too help you.

Monotonous tone which makes the class boring . . .tests are multiple choice and open-ended questions. Study chapters and notes and you will do good on test. Drops lowest grade on tests, if you get above 90 on all tests than you can skip the final : )

She's great with curving grades, I mean, she adds big points. She is alittle monotonous during her lectures but when the tests come around, its worth it. They are pretty easy, and if not, she realizes and CURVES! Not bad, I'd take her for another class.
