Prof. Delano is absolutely amazing! Her lectures really make you think in depth about everything. She is so passionate about art it's inspiring. She speaks of so many things not just about art but life too. She will make you and think in a different perspective. Her teaching style is very nonchalant. It's easy if you pay attention and participate.

She can be a wonderful teacher for those who are willing to accept her teaching style. What I caution on is getting too close to her. She's shown a tendancy to get too emotionally attached to some students and gets way too involved in their personal lives. You'll need a good balance between personal and professional with her. Teachers pets beware.

If you are not an art major then this will be quite difficult. I am not an art major and I found myself overwhelmed at times by all the art lingo. She is very kind and relatable. She has gone through a lot, so even if you dont like art she can be your friend. She does care about the students. In the end, I learned a lot about art, very intelligent.

Delano is a good professor she always helped me when i needed the extra push. Her tests are exaplained clearly she does give you a study guide which is done in class and thats the test. Know your slides about twenty per test ARTIST-TITLE-DATE-COMMENT You will be writing papers and critiques in the class, but they are not bad to write.

The comments I see about her being mean or whatnot or so biased. Talk to the people at RBC, and they will say she is an eccentric genius -- I adore her. She's very flexible and comprehensible. People wishing to see a different side of the world love her; those who oppose change attempt to slander her. Classes are simple and straight forward. Easy.
