Comment:

Sits at the front of the class chewing gum. Never stands up except to collect papers. Lectures are dry, boring, and not useful. Not helpful on how to fix a problem, simply tells you it's wrong. Will never take her again.

She is a sweet person, however, speaks very monotone, and class is boring. I take her because she is nice, but isn't up to date on technology and sometimes struggles with her smart board. Passes out tons of papers to read, however gives a very clear syllabis that has some assignments written in it or when things are due. Loves to have in class work

The topics for the papers we wrote were all about evaluating things, which is really hard. The only things we did were write papers, grade each others, revise, repeat. It helped me gain better writing skills, but dont takn if you are interrested in an easy class or professor.

The class requires a lot of reading, response writingand discussion. I'm not very good at a deep discussion but I feel that I really learned something from this class. She displays an avid interest in British literature and wants you to become interested as well. She uses different teaching styles so she is very easy to learn from.

People get the idea that she is hard, when in fact she is a good instructor. If you do your work and you participate in class, you will do good. Talk to her, she listens and is genuinely interested in your questions/comments. She seems cold, but she can be very warm and sweet if you get to know her. she is really cool.

She has a bad rap for some reason. Possibly because she expects you to pay attention and participate in class. What she teaches is very interesting to her, and she wants it to interest you too. Try hard and be attentive. She's not the most personable, but she's actually really nice. She loves the Bears and Cubs. Try that on day one...

If you are a male avoid. Do not dare let her know you are a VET. She is a very liberal man hater. We had a group project I carried my group through I gat a B the group got an A. I did all the work they were rewarded. I left the class happy with my C when I sould have had at least a B. If you are a english major into poetry you may love her

I have to agree that she is sorta boring. One thing that I hated was all of the papers we had to write in that class. It sucked big time. Although I did approve in my writing in that class and went from a C to a B+ not too good but better for me.
