Very knowledgeable, and very helpful if you seek assistance. Takes attendance every class, so show up. My biggest complaint was that grading was untimely, possibly lazy (ended up with a 90 on all 12 labs). Used quizlet site to study, otherwise read the textbook.

Awesome teacher and knows his stuff really well. It's a hard class but you'll learn a lot. If you have a night class with him, some nights he'll stay a little later for you to work on labs or to go over stuff. Really good dude and really approchable. He's been in the industry for a long time so a lot of the stuff he tells you comes from experience.

Very good professor but his about 1/10 of his revision will be in exam or test. Try and revise from the sources because he will let you spend an hour or more to revise and study but nothing will be in exam. Very disappointed in him because he let me wasted my time for what he is not bringing in exam.

Very nice guy and very approachable. He will help you with any problem you are having regarding to computers and is willing to talk. Really enjoyed having him as a professor and is highly recommended.

If you know your stuff on comp hardware and Windows, ask him for an exemption exam. He'll give it to you. Otherwise, be prepared for long winded lectures on different parts of computer operations. He's definitely a great professor though and is always willing to help you.

Great teacher who genuinely wants his students to learn. He teaches as if you understand nothing about computers (which is a good thing). His tests are a bit hard b/c they are taken directly from A++ exams. He is strict on attendance and is sometimes boring. He uses every minute of class time to lecture (he doesn't allow any computer use in class).

Good professor. He knows everything about computers, you can learn from him. There are 3 tests (60%) and a lot of labs (40%). The labs take up a lot of time. He does review before each test, study the review and you are good.

Santo was an awesome teacher. i really enjoyed his class. he helped me when i needed it. it is to bad he had some trouble makers in his class that distured my learning and his teaching. i reccomend this class so anyone who is ready to learn.

This class was a relatively easy class. He knew his stuff and answers questions even if it takes the whole class. The class seems to go by pretty good, doesnt drag. Did pretty good on tests, they were predictable based on the book.

not a good class this spring o4 semester, it was more like a 100 level class, he didnt go by his syllabus, tests were not 400 level tests, more like 100 level, the network we built never worked, definetely not capstone contrary to what syllabus says
