Her class is difficult to get a high grade in because of the weird grading scale, but her explanations and examples are all clear and relevant and you know what to expect from tests. (Similar questions to quiz, similar problems to in-class exercises.) Looking at other comments, I question why these people are majoring in business to req. this class

Had her for three classes, last of which was Intermediate Accounting. As you get more serious with her classes she lightens up a bit. She's been very flexible to ensure our success and very willing to help us do well in the class. You need to remember Accounting is supposed to be hard, but her style made it easy to understand for me.

She really needs to learn how to teach the subject before she teaches it. I think she needs the book "Accounting for Dummies." She is an overall nce person to a point she just needs to understand the subject before she goes ahead and teaches it, before she gets us all confused during class.

This class was so unhelpful and so confusing...she does not know how to teach!!! She should not be Teaching personal finance. Her tests are all take home but are extremly hard!!I would not suggest this class to anyone
