Comment:
Kaplan is extremely knowledgeable in her field and she grades hard for an intro class. While accessible outside of class, her feedback is often one dimensional, critical and not constructive. Her lectures are occasionally interesting, using monotonous, and rarely are relevant to what is tested on. Wish I'd never taken her class.

Comment:
My worst academic experience. Her lectures are monotonous and had little or nothing to do with subject matter that she then tested us on. Her feedback was not only unhelpful, but personally offensive at times. She seems like a good archaeologist but should stick to that, because teaching is certainly not something she is good at.

An excellent teacher and expert in her field. Also one of the nicest and most caring people I've ever met. She has a very silly sense of humor.

a wonderful person and a fantastic professor. anyone who can't find the humor in her anecdotes is most likely simply incapable of understanding it, and that, my friend, is most sad.

Most boring professor ever. Incredibly nice lady, but really dull and a terrible sense of humor.
