Dr. Guetzloff is a good professor and he loves chemistry. He always answers on questions and helps if you need. You should just watch his powerpoints and you'll be ready for the tests. He also gives homework for extra points.

If you absolutely have to, take the class online and during the summer. I don't think I would be able to survive a full semester of his arrogance. It was an easy class, homework was a piece of cake because he gave you all the answers.

Dr. G has zero people skills, and is arrogant and hard to deal with, to be quite frank. The thought of having to take him for another class would leave me full of dread, but luckily, that is not the case. I even tried very hard to be pleasant, but there was no point. He's just simply a difficult person to interact with.

I would not recommend Dr. G to many people. It takes a strong personality to make it through is class. Gen chem 1 I was 10 th out of 24 in the class and received a 64% everyone says he scales but that is only if he likes the class. Try not to miss, it's not mandatory but you stay in his good graces a little easier if you go to class.

Dr. G. Challanged me the whole year. He definitely wants you to learn and get the material. Goes over lots of problem, but gives out lots of homework, witch is tough to do. I tended to copy from the solutions manual, but that was my fault

He can be very abrasive in class but if you actually, really need him for something important, even if it isn't chemistry, I assure you he will have your back. Fragile people who say he is offensive should remember that life can be pretty offensive at times. He's a truth talker and doesn't sugar coat ANYTHING!

He seriously is just like Dr. House from the show House MD. I loved the class although if you have a question on how todo a problem from the book he wont answer it unless you can do at least more then 1/2 of it yourself. All I got from it was the he drinks beer and is a 10 year so it doesnt matter. I would take him again for the challenge.
