We had a review for a test, and I studied what he covered, but NONE of it was on the actual test! I felt betrayed. It was like a spiteful prank. Near the end of the semester he turned harshly critical of us right after we did his review. I wonder why he teaches.

Brilliant, thoughful lecturer. It is nice when a professor is able to stifle those students who insist on interrupting with irrelevant nonsense. Exams can be difficult, if you haven't read every assignment.

likes to hear himself talk, has no interest in class discussion and says things like "well, that's not relevant" rather than answering questions. probably a very nice guy outside of the classroom, but needs to pack it in.

At first glance, Dr. Kennedy's exams seem designed to flunk as many students as possible. But it turns out he just wants you to walk away from his classes retaining the information he covered. He is a tough grader but a funny and mostly nice guy.
