Cohen seems to never be paying attention the what is actually going on at any given time. He loves to hear himself speak more than anything but is very passionate about anything and everything architecture.

Cohen knows his stuff, that's pretty clear. And his architecture is impressive. He is a little arrogant though and loves to hear himself talk, which gets irritating sometimes. Foundations is pretty easy if you pay attention most of the time and Cohen's grading is usually pretty fair. Overall not bad, I just wish he would talk less.

Yes Cohen is arrogant, but he knows his stuff, he is arguably one of the most distinguished architect at rwu, however i think his teaching of a freshman class is unnecessary, he expects a high level of work being that he is a 5th year crit, and the transition from high school work to his work is very dramatic, I find A's are tough to come by

Professor Cohen is a very good teacher. He is helpful and i recommend him. Most of the people who give him low ratings are losers who put little effort into his class and got the low grades they deserved.

I loved Mr. Cohen very much, he has a very good sense of arrogant humor and is extremely helpfull. Oh and too foundation whoever you are. Maybe you obsess over how bad he is because you stink at architecture and don't show up half the time! And for the record the ponytail is awesome!

he does love to hear himself talk, but he seems to know, not really a lot, well yea a lot about everything and even seemly random topics. But he does talk a lot. He is always there for help though, atleast to get you going into a direction. And atleast for thesis, the grading doesnt matter until the final document. Pony Tail!

The man is a jerk. Showed up 1/2 the time to class and then had the nerve to tell us we didnt care about the class. The only thing i got out of his class was how to make fun of stupid people. i also agree, DOWN WITH THAT PONYTAIL.

I graduated '98 and these reviews don't sound anything like the Cohen I knew. You get out of him what you put into him. I remember him having a fairly dry/highbrow sense of humor, but once you get on board with it he'll crack you up.
