Absolute worst professor I have ever had in the last three years. She does not take late assignments AT ALL even if you broke your freaking arm. She is not specific AT ALL about what she wants in assignments. She speaks so fast during lectures that no one can keep up. She is a harsh grader considering she doesn't specify whats needed. Thumbs down.

Extremely vague instruction on everything, never has office hours available, and hardly teaches anything in class! Would not recommend. Do not take if possible :)

Beth is a great methods professor, but you have to attend class. She makes the class as interesting as possible. Her study guides are accurate indicators for what is going to be on the exam. She is very willing to help during office hours and quickly responds to emails. She is all-around a great professor and person.

The material isn't easy, but Beth rocks! She actually makes stats understandable! Beth really cares about her students and really wants everyone to get what's going on and to pass the class. She does get offended if you skip though.

Methods is such a boring topic but Beth is so great at her job. She is awesome & is very helpful towards her students. If you need help, all you need to do is ask. The assignments aren't hard but can be time consuming. Basically, you do a bunch of stuff leading to one big paper! 1 midterm & final & she will most likely let you use a cheat sheet! :)

No tests, quizzes, or papers. Your grade comes from one documentary you make. It's not too bad if you keep up with what she wants you to do. There's no textbook, either. She's also really nice!

She's kind of twitchy, but a good professor. I wasn't a fan of how loud she talks, but I guess that's necessary in a subject as dull as methods.

I LOOOOOVE BETH. Yeah, methods sucks, but Beth made it worthwhile. She is the most helpful professor in the history of professoring. The work load is reasonable, and the class is overall enjoyable. I want a methods III just to take her again.

I know the class can be dull since its methods, but she's a super-nice person who wants students to care - you just have to give her a chance! Methods isn't going to get any more exciting any time soon...come to class, take notes, study, and you'll do fine. Stop by the office if you need help - study sessions help too

I took stats at a community college and didn't understand a thing so I dreaded taking this class, but I was able to follow along and made a B. Make sure you get all the worksheet points.

Great Teacher! I have her for two classes this semester. I was dreading it because I thought it would be so hard I would die, but in the end, its been fun and not that bad. She is the most helpful person ever! I email her all the time and am in her office. She is absolutely wonderful! Love her passion for Africa also! I am taking her again!
