Giuliana is one of the best professors I've ever had. She cares about every single one of her students and takes the time to help everyone. She is a hard teacher, but if you put in the time and effort to really leaner the material, you will do well in the class.

After doing well in 101 and 102, 201 was alot harder than I thought it would be. I struggled often throughout the semester, but Giuliana offered help whenever I needed it. She's really nice and is dedicated to everyone learning alot. 201 is hard but if she knows and likes you take it with Giuliana

Professoressa Donnelly is easily one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. She is incredibly intelligent and demonstrates this and teaches her material so well. If you have the option to take her class, I would recommend it 100%. Best all around professor I have had at U of A.

She is literally incredible. Hands down the favorite teacher I've had at U of A. She cares so much and will help you succeed no matter what. She may be one of the harder Italian professors, but you learn SO much in her class.

Professor Donnelly is, hands down, the best professor at the University. She is funny, cool and very educated. You can tell she has a passion for Italian and this passion will reflect onto you. She makes class very interesting by trying to take a new approach to teaching everyday, and you will leave the course with a huge knowledge of Italian.

Comment:
She expects you to work hard and be intelligent and articulate in your thoughts. Participation is key. Go to her office hours and you get a whole different picture of her - you will gain a lot more respect for her than just what you see in class. She is one of my top 5 instructors at the UA.
