I absolutely loved going to this class everyday since i had him as a teacher. I'm not much of a writer nor do I enjoy writing, but I passed this class with flying colors and had an amazing time doing it. He stayed on topic very well and made a point to get us as students truly interested in the topics and the work we were doing. 10/10.

Great professor, dry whitty humor. Former Navy dude, cool, funny and brilliant! No aimless busy work, all work is relevant and can be tailored to your interest. Took for creative writing fall '12 and will take scriptwriting spring '13.

He was a good teacher. I enjoyed his class. The work was leveled(our class only did four main essays and then a couple impromptu). His talking is a bit rambly, but useful at times. Very nice about tarties too which was cool.

Mr. Wallace is a very good teacher. Very helpful and very patient. Works with you on assignments. Most papers you work on in class, so it is less at home. This is the type of instructor that lets you know your tuition is being spent right.

Amazing professor. Knows his material. I love writing, and this class and teacher helped reinforce that. Yes, lots of writing, but it is a creative WRITING class. Great classroom atmosphere, student input, fair grading-- just turn in your work!! Great class and lots of fun!!!

BEST ENGLISH TEACHER EVER!!!! Before taking ENC1101 with Mr.wallace I failed twice with two other teachers at GCSC. With these other teachers I had never learned much in their class. Mr. Wallace taught me more than I ever learned in those other classes. He will go out of his way and beyond to help you! One of the best teachers @ GCSC!
