The teacher can be a bit dry but he is a nice guy. Very easy and lenient on grading and gives you so many extra credit opportunities. You don't need the book and he will help you get the highest scores possible if you ask him for help. He tries to make the material fun and cracks a joke every once in a while. Take him you won't regret it

TAKE THIS GENTLEMEN for Law. No question about it. Graded on few things offers extra credit for mid term and final. Breaks down complicated verbiage. Lecturing can be hell and he knows that himself, just buckle up get through it and do the assignments which are very lenient and easy. USE CHEGG.

Business Law taught by Professor Richeda was an amazing class that I will truly miss. Professor Richeda is a funny guy who tells jokes in his lectures, gave clear answers to concepts, and was very flexible with turning in homework assignments. Do the assignments that are posted and read up on slides and you will walk away with an easy A .

Great teacher, makes the concepts very understandable during lectures. Always goes over the major tests with you, and very lenient on the homework, he lets you turn it in pretty much whenever. He is also pretty funny too, Great guy!

Took Proff. Richeda spring 2017 Saturday morning class, great lectures. Very understanding when you miss an assignment, let's you turn it in during the next class. Give extra credit on midterm and final just in case you might need it. Would take again !

He's the best of the best, never taken a professor like him. I love how he understands how we are taking other courses not only his and he doesn't gives a lot of hw, and also it lets you make up tests and quizzes. i would deff take him again and again. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Richeda! I took him for bus 12A in spring and passed with an A. As long as you do the homework and study for the tests, you'll get an A. He is hilarious if you actually pay attention to him. This was an early morning class and most of the class was still half asleep so they wouldn't react to his jokes.

Mr. Richeda is a superb teacher. All his writing assignments are clearly described in lecture and you may resubmit them once you learn what you did wrong. He's a good speaker with a great sense of humor. You will leave with new knowledge learned and a lot of practical work skills for the office if this is what you desire to work in.

He is a great professor! I don't see how anyone could fail his class (though some manage to) He is very clear, and every question on quizzes and the Midterm are completely covered by his lecture. Quite frankly, my book is still sealed in plastic and I got an A+ on the midterm!. His lectures are great, I have had no need to open the book.
