I thought Dr. Sealy was great! His pace was perfect for taking notes and he was clear. He expects you to know what you're talking about and if you don't work in the course it's reflected in your grade. But I mean, this is university people, that's how it should be!

hard to follow, goes off topic, not very welcoming in email replies, midterm exam was horrible especially "fill in the blanks", final exam was fair, his constant use of "as such" tends to distract, class does not facilitate note-taking, teaching style is terrible, not recommended

Nice guy, but doesnt know how to teach. Doesnt answer questions when they are unclear. Doesnt know how to write proper MC questions or fill in the blank questions. Many students will agree his exam questions ask for lots of detail with little info taught in class. Classic question "Mating systems dont include _____"

Kind old man. Classes don't fascilitate note taking. He is in love with birds. Exams are a bit tough, but if you talk to him with your concerns (and make sure he knows your name) you'll end up with an A in the course :)

This guy is a terrible professor. He seems to know his stuff, but is clueless as how to teach it. Lectures DONOT facilitate note taking. Goes off topic alot. Terrible exams, doesnt ask for specifics but expects detailed answers. I would have droped it but needed the credits... go figure

This guy is clueless as to how to teach to students! A very smart man, but no idea how to convey this info to others. Leaves out important details, changes his mind repeatedly, doesn't bother to update his hand outs causing needless panic! I will never take another course from him again!!

He turns ecology into an ornithology class(birds).Very boring, but used to think he was alright.Exam was VERY unfair, people complained, and he didn't take it very well.He was very bitter about having his exam criticized.Overall I'd say, opt for a slot with a different prof.That's what I'm doing now
