I really enjoyed this professor. His lectures are clear and to the point. He tests on his lecture and the notes you take in class. He is very passionate about economics and funny sometimes, so his lectures are never boring. If you are serious about learning and not just passing the class I recommend this professor. He also gives study guides!

Professor Knight knows his stuff. He's very knowledgeable about Economics and is very nice and respectful to all of his students. He does curse a lot but you get the hang of it. Don't ever think about skipping a class unless you know someone in there that can fill you in. Always makes jokes and always walks into class ready to start teaching :)

If you have to take ECON1030-TAKE HIS CLASS. Participation is mandatory bc his tests are on what he LECTURES. IF and ONLY if you study what he lectures on, you WILL get a good grade. Be prepared to study lots, however,he teaches SO WELL that you will know what you are studying for! I wish more professors were like him. His dad humor is entertaining

The class wasn't easy as it just requires effort and time dedication. Economics as a subject is just overall is boring to me but I passed the class with an (A). As long as you do all required assignments, there's no reason you shouldn't pass with lower than a B. First online course I took & professor was very clear on his expectations

Took this online and it was unorganized. Some of the quizzes gave wrong grades, syllabus had inaccurate info, etc. But he's very good about correcting problems and answering questions. It's very assignment driven so don't slack. Most of the work is very easy, you just have to complete assignments for points. The quizzes are the hard part.

I took this online during the summer. Very demanding & requires a lot of time, reading & thinking. He responds & post grades in a timely manner. If you're able to open your quizzes twice, print out, find the answers & then submit (they are not easy). DB's requires you to think, can't submit anything. Stay ahead. Overall, the class was great!

Best damn online class ever out of 9 taken! Refreshing to have a professor make a topic actually interesting. You must read the book and actually have a brain if you want to pass. Very helpful & quick to respond/clarify any questions. Even provided audio for discussion boards and made it feel like a real lecture in class.

This professor knows his stuff, especially since I am the type of person who doesn't do well in online classes. Do all your assignments and actually READ the chapters in the book assigned and you will do fine. He's very helpful and I highly recommend him for anyone that wants to learn Economics.

There is no magic pill, or combination of words and phrases, that will produce the epiphany that you haven't yet achieved. Let me suggest you go back to the essay, study it very carefully line by line. If the lightbulb doesn't go on, post another question in this space -- but, be specific about what intellectual leap you are failing to make.

You are responsible for reading the material, book and website. I took this online and just like all online classes, it is up to you to study the material. His tests requiring some thinking but overall, I got an A in the class. I can't reiterate enough how important it is to read and understand the graphs.
