Aileen is definitely a very quirky teacher; I don't think there was a day in class where she didn't mention her husband or her cats at least once. However, she is very nice and easy to listen to and get along with. Even without studying, I had a test average of 90% and only had to take generic book notes to supplement my detailed class notes.

Aileen is one of the best professors i have ever had. She relates to the students and makes a conscious effort to make sure everyone understands the material. she outlines notes and gives you a great study guide.

She is a very nice person, sort of quirky. She is very helpful with any questions you may have. Her lecture outlines are easy to understand. You will know what she is talking about and what is on the test. This class is very interesting and applies to life so well! :)

Shes fun. You'll have a good time taking a class that is dumb but required. You don't have to dress up for speeches and really they're not that much work. If you have to take Disc. 109 take it with Buslig; she takes a required class and makes it enjoyable.
