Doc Browne passed away recently. He was the most challenging teacher I have ever had. But I learned the most in his class. He pushes his students to be their best. His style was a bit unconventional but effective. I am greatful that I was able to have him as a teacher. I will always remember his class. Thanks for everything Doc.

One of my favorite professors. His class was challenging (which I like) and his grading system was fair. I learned a lot from this class. I am glad I had the chance to take NR251 in a smaller class setting and get to know Dr. Browne. I think I will look back on this class, after I graduate, as one of my favorites.

B is very insightful and expects that you have good mastery of the material from the class discussions and relies on the book as well. If you pay attention in class he will tell you exactly what you need to know. Be sure to ask what the lab assignments are, as I missed a few, I think. He is an appropriate grader and is willing to help out.

Nice professor, a little scatter brained at times but he had a way with getting what he was teaching across in an easy to remember way. The class really wasn't as hard as everyone makes it out to be. Just study regularly for the quizzes and tests and you should have no problem.
