I don't know how Carol is in the physical classroom, but online she's wonderful. The previous ratings of her being unorganized and awful are no longer applicable; she's now much more organized and easy to follow along. The online class is super easy, just keep up with the work. If you can afford the online fee, I'd recommend taking it this way.

The online class is easy, just check into D2L once every couple of days and youll be fine. She doesnt post due dates for a lot of things though and that makes it confusing. Theres a ton of quizzes that usually have the same questions, and then the test is just the exact same questions from the questions. Easy grade but the course is a mess.

Comment:

Mrs. Lebaron's online Art History class is a disorganized disaster. She provides no deadlines for discussions, so you could easily miss one without realizing it. Her quizzes are way too numerous and repetitive (you take at least 30); tests are literally copy pasted quizzes. If you stay on top of things, it's an easy A, but a chore nonetheless.

This professor is a good example of why tenure is a flawed concept from time to time. Her online class is incredibly disorganized and very not user friendly. Her she dates and assignments are a scattered mess and it makes me wonder if she even knows how to use the internet. Her class isn't hard it's just very easy to accidentally miss due dates.

This class involved a lot of reading between the textbook and her PowerPoints. There were lots of quizzes, and you need to pay very close attention to them if you want to do well on the exams. This class is very manageable as long as you schedule enough time for the reading and quizzes. I would definitely take this class again.

I took this online. I was worried at first because it was overwhelmingly unorganized. DO NOT get overwhelmed. This course is an easy A. Do exactly what she asks. Use the powerpoints and read the chapter. It doesn't require more than a few hours a week. The tests come directly from the quizzes - literally the same exact questions. So simple.

Just took this class for credit. Has to be the worst class I've ever taken. I literally learned nothing. Her online quizzes are excessive and redundant, and the test are literally a combo of all her quizzes. The lectures are just readings of the Powerpoint slides and aren't particularly worthy of paying attention. Would not recommend.

She seems nice. Her online course is... well... a hot mess! But here's the catch: the material is VERY easy and predictable. It's an easy A. Honestly, it's great that she realizes most students just need this for a gen-ed requirement. Take it online. Get your A. It's worth dealing with the mess for an easy A, especially if you aren't an Art major.

Disorganized. d2l didn't have class info to start with, took her a few days to post and make barely navigable. She just copied and pasted fall syllabus in for winter term, still with fall dates. Never fixed. No discussion feedback Moved the final up 3 days, told us on new start day. Prof. just collecting a check without doing work. Terrible class

Dr. Lebaron is nice and helpful enough, but she would be a better professor in person than online. Often, her online quizzes and tests didn't work properly or, in at least one case, were not uploaded at all. Many of the quiz questions were copy-pasted and actually had the answers within them. She seemed like a decent person, though.

Her online class was so easy. You have to write in the discussions but I'm fairly certain these are mostly effort grades. The quizzes have three attempts and give you the answers on the first one so you can submit one blank and get 100 on the next. Tests directly from quizzes so you can use the quizzes to get A's on those too.

You have to participate in discussions and take study quizzes on D2L, but they are really easy when you use the powerpoints. You also have three exams, but they are almost word for word from the study quizzes so study them thoroughly! Easy course to take in order to fulfill the general education requirement.

I took this course online via RODP. It had some interesting moments, but some chapters were just not that interesting to me. There's a lot of material to get through, but you shouldn't have a problem. Quiz every week, a research paragraph about every week, 3 essays, and tests about every 3-4 modules. One group project that you should remember.

Ms. Lebaron is a great professor and very knowledgeable. She is very willing to help students learn and seems to really enjoy teaching. All of the work is online, even the tests, and it is super easy! I highly recommend taking her class because it's an easy A and she is a very laid back teacher.

The most boring teacherclass ever. She's definitely a character. I should have taken this class online, because besides coming to the pointless lectures, it was basically an online class. The exams came straight from the quizzes and you do them on your own time. Awful class, glad its over
