Easily the worst professor I have ever had. She is impossible to follow. She changes projects and due dates whenever she feels like it. It's happened several times where we get an email saying something is due in a few hours despite what she told us in class a few days before. Her grading is impossible to figure out. She never gave us a syllabus.

Do NOT take any class with her. I was in her research class. No syllabus, no clear instruction, incredibly poor teaching techniques, self-centered personality, etc. She's a good person (and maybe a researcher), but she's just not a good instructor at all.

One word to sum her up, confusing. Says one thing and means the other then expects you to do it that way. Makes up pop quizes on the spot as well as assignments, only accepted the poor grades rather than all grades according to multiple students. Avoid if possible! Terrible professor!

You want to keep up on assignments, but for our class the assignment due dates were always changing so I never new when things were due. You need to buy the book if taking this class, you wont learn much from just being in class.

This class was a waste of perfectly good class space. Although required for any audio production major, go to class for the first few weeks, until she stops taking attendance. Take a laptop so you won't be lulled to sleep. Study the study guide and you will be fine. Just get through it.

Jenny is hilarious and very animated. She explains things clearly, and gets right to the point. She gives quite a few quizzes, but they're not difficult. And she ALWAYS lets us out of class early!

This is also for tcom 202. Jenny Nelson is one of the best professor's I've had at OU. She has really helped me get through college. She's not your average boring "here's your notes, now study" professor. Great person inside and outside of class

It depends on the course and what time of year you take with her. Fall Quarter 201 is one of the easiest classes, while spring 202 was boring, and more difficult. I don't think anyone got higher than a C....conclusion, i wouldn't take my chances with her
