Dr. Dale made my semester. I previously hated chemistry but his teaching was amazing and made it bearable. Only ever missed 2 lectures when I was sick, and regretted it. Questions are phrased differently than the book, but he offers extra credit quizzes.

best CHM professor!!! He doesn't go too in detail with concepts; however, doing lots of practice problems is recommended and really helps. He is a great person!

Comment:

Man! Really don't know what to say about Dr. Dale. His extremely easy exams sort of compensate with his extremely fast paced lectures. He is such a nice and laid back prof, manifesting immense enthusiasm to the subject. But he needs to slowwwwww down and elaborate!! But I guess it was for the best, since chem 2 contains a good deal of information.

Comment:

Loved Dr. Dale, he's got such good humor! Attendance is only mandatory on quiz or test days, but his lectures are very important for passing because his class is so math based. All of the tests and quizzes are math based and are based off of the practice problems he assigns. He also gives extra credit through "redemption quizzes" which help too.

Not necessarily an easy class, but if you work at it and put in the time and effort it is certainly possible to attain a B+ or better. Dr. Dale is kind-hearted and has a good sense of humor that he displays daily. Due to how well he engages the class I have never once found myself dozing off during his MWF 9AM. Course requires lot ofmath based chem

Dr. Dale was such an amazing professor!! He kept class interesting at all times and I learned so much because of this!! His tests are fair, but if you want to do well make sure you do the practice problems in the book!!! I got an A in this class and already signed up to take him next semester as well!

I absolutely love Dr. Moore!! If you have the chance you should definitely take his class! He is the best professor I have ever had. I had him for chem 111 and 112, but I didn't realize how amazing he was until 112. He really goes out of his way to make sure you understand and makes it so much easier than any other professor.

Dr. Moore is one of the best professors I have taken at MU! He is straightforward and to the point with his expectations and lectures. He assigns practice problems for each exam- DO THEM! they are the test! Take him!!!!

Dr. Moore is one of the best teachers I've ever had. He's very upfront about what his class is like and he doesn't waste your time on fluff assignments or saplings. If you can do the suggested book problems, there's no reason to not do well. He's also laidback on lab reports. Super funny and extremely nice. I can't wait to take him again.

Dr. Dale is the best teacher I have had at Mercer. He is so funny and I actually enjoyed going to class. His tests reflect the homework problems, so do them! His tests can be difficult but they're fair. I am still super sad I couldn't get him for Chem 2.

I absolutely loved Dr. Dale's class. His lectures are easy to follow and he does a thorough job of answering questions in and outside of class! Took him for gen chem I and I'm gonna take him again for gen chem II.

Absolutely love Dr. Moore! i would take him again in a heartbeat! he's funny engaging and just an amazing professor! take great notes in class and do all the assigned practice problem and you'll get an A! the tests are just like the assigned problems in the book just different numbers and sometimes different wording.

he assigns practice problems for each chapter. do them once or twice and you should be fine for all his exams. he makes the final very straight forward. explains problem types very clearly during lecture. not too strict about lab either. he is just the best! i would take him every year (if i could)

His tests for gen chem were fairly straightforward. They are only free responsemath questions and are simple if you pay attention in class as his lecture consists of practice problems with a few hilarious jokes. If you have trouble, he is always in his office and ready to help. Also, do the practice problems as they are exactly like the exams
