Diane gives a good idea on what she expects from everyone in class. I had a lot of non art majors who thought they could screw off in class and show up halfway through class. She gives amazing feedback on projects and tips on how to rework pieces or make a print even better. She is really caring as well. If you participate and listen you'll do well

Diane's great, im an art major who had no interest in the class, no I do, she lets you experiment if you show interest and is really understanding and cool. Class is good for those who arent art majors for their gen ed, its really fun environment for art or nonart majors.

I took multiple printmaking classes with Diane and she's great! She is extremely helpful and really cares about the wellbeing of her students. She knows A LOT about printmaking and is a well-full of knowledge. This really is one class you look forward to going to

Wow since going to another school I appreciate the print facilties and the work ethic she instills so much more! Where I am now I can't even work if someone else is in the room because they are going to ruin my plate or my paper. I miss New York...

She judges based upon her first impression and likes to psychoanalyze people, she expects alot out of her students but you can tell she's passionate about her work and she's a good person overall.She always looks the same with her apron and straight hair. . .

Generally easy if you have some artistic talent. If you can't draw, stay away. I thought the work load was tolerable. Sometimes a bit flaky and gives her opinion more than instruction all too often. Generally a friendly person once you get to know her.

Alot of my time was spent in the Printmaking Studio both for Intro and Printmaking II. The supplies arn't cheap and she kinda asks for alot while not considering other classes that we have to do. Overall, it was a fun class, but there was no spare time.
