Genuinely nice man, who you can tell really cares about his students. You do have to exercise almost everyday so if you're wanting an easier class w/ little required work in PED try getting Jeremy Houchins.

the hardest thing in this class was walking a mile on the track. he lets you out early often. he goes over the exam study guides and tells you what to study.

Good guy. Gets involved with the students. I would NOT recommend if you are looking for a PED class that plays some sports and things. I would recommend if you want to just walk. We did nothing but talk, do some book activities, and walk. Never played a sport. Have to keep a journal but its not hard. Great and friendly guy.

Coach Carlson is such a sweet guy! I didn't mind going to his class. He told some pretty funny stories and he's pretty passionate about fitness. Unlike a lot of other PED lab teachers, he does require you to go to class, but it helps boost your grade. I got a C on every test an I still eneded up with an A in the class.

the class is super boring, but that's how they all are. coach carlson is a great guy, tho. his class is easy, all you have to do is show up every day and you're pretty much guaranteed 7 points. i never went to lecture and got a's or b's on all my tests.

Nice older guy, gives you answers you write then down turn them in and get points for them it is that easy. The tests are a different story, they are departmentalized and very hard. No need to go to lecture for this class as the teacher will just read you the notes. Feel free to contact me to get the entire year worth of notes for the class.

Good teacher, if you don't want to do much activity wise. He is a cool guy that likes to small talk. he goes over the labs in class-you hardly ever have homework (if you do, it isn't hard). Does all the labs with you and on the worksheets, he usually gives you the answers. Go to class for the homework but if you don't you can always make it up.

Coach Carlson is great! He makes somewhat enjoyable. He goes over labs in class, so you rarely have homework. There is little physical activity, all we've done is walk and he walks with us. Carlson is super nice and you should definitely take him.

As long as you go to class everyday and do all your h/w assignments you will get an A. The test aren't too bad as long as you study. You never do physical activities tho, you are always in the class room doing some kind of labs or walking around the track. Kind of a boring class but it's easy.

I liked this class. There are other teachers that do more "fun things," but this was a good class. All the labs, (which are done in class) relate to the lectures. So, you don't really need to go to the lecture.

Great guy, reminds me of a grandpa. He's so understanding. unlike many teachers, you stay for the whole PE class, but he's great,I got bad grades on my tests b/c I didn't go to the lectures, but he still gave me an A! What a guy.
