He made a 3hour 8am class bearable. His tests were easy, they would be take home tests (I don't know if he'll do this again for the next batch of students). Super fun and made things relatable, and even told us not to get the book because we wouldn't be needing it. We would write very few open responses but those weren't hard at all. 10/10

He gives study guides before the test with the same questions. He also gives out extra credit. I really enjoyed his class.

Mr. Roberts is a very knowledgeable man and has much information for his lectures. He is a very busy man outside the university but still manages to reply back fast to his students and cares about their success. This was my second class taking him and I enjoyed it just as much as I did the first time! Take him every chance you get!

I have taken Dr. Roberts for two classes now: General Psych. and Developmental Psych. Both were 8 week courses, so they were long and a little lecture heavy. However, the class and his teachings are quite unique and it is an easy and laid back class. You do one paper and have about 4 tests, all of which he explains in depth and gives study guides.

There's no strict syllabus to follow so you never know when you'l l have a test. You also have no way of tracking your grade. While a respected psychologist, Dr. Roberts is a frustrating professor to learn from if you're type A. I've had plenty of open discussion classes before but they were better structured. We never used the book.

Dr. Roberts is a great teacher!! He makes sure to include you in discussions and makes sure you understand everything fully before moving on. He is super nice and if you have any questions he is always quick to respond. However, he does not put the grades In quickly so you will be waiting a while to get them if you take an 8 week course.

Dr. Roberts is a good and easy professor. Show up and listen and you'll end up with an A. Hardly any homework or tests. You do have to write a 4 page paper, but it isn't hard. The final was a group project. I would recommend any of his classes!

I had Dr. Roberts for Gen. Psychology. He doesn't teach from the book and uses his own personal experience as examples, which makes the lectures both interesting and easily understood. The only thing I did not like about him was that he never answered my emails.. Talk to him before or after class if you need help, otherwise you won't get an answer.

A nice man, but his lectures can get boring. He takes awhile to answer emails and he is rarely in his office. It is best to talk to him after class or call his cell constantly if you have an issue. The classwork is really easy, and if you miss class he'll email the link. Keep all notes for the study guide his gives. Decent tests.

He is a great professor. I would highly recommend him. His class is very easy and it's really interesting to listen to his experience with patients since he also works as a clinical psychologist. I had him for General Psychology and he was very informative and his tests were easy and most of them were take home tests.

He is on my top-3 UAFS professors, at least. He is not easy if that is what you are looking for. But, you will learn/discover; ask questions and immerse yourself in the full learning experience. A lot of debate; always studied both sides of the problem. Lastly, you will be asked to be creative and your opinion will be heard! Take him and enjoy!

This professor is by far the best psych professor on campus. If you dont want to have to spend all your free time on a class or stress out on a subject, take him. He is clear and gives a environment of "If you want to learn, the information is here". He doesn't force you to learn which makes it more enjoyable and doesn't like to do traditional work

I've had him for multiple classes and I can say he's by far my favorite professor! He brings real world situations to discussion and really makes you think. He's a super cool guy and makes 3 hour lectures so enjoyable. His class is easy and as long as you show up, you should have no problem making an A. I HIGHLY recommend his classes.

If you want to learn things maybe he isn't the professor for you. Every class turns into a large argument about thoughts with limited evidence to back it up. He is very smart and very busy. He doesn't answer emails and may or may not grade many of your assignments he made you do. Want a good grade with limited effort? Take him!

Mr. Roberts is a really interesting man! His class was boring but it was alright at the same time! He brings real life situations into the lectures. He will not grade tests or reply to emails. It is christmas break and I still don't know what i made on my 2nd 3rd 4th tests, final or paper. I like him but he is a very busy man! Class was easy-ish!

Dr. Roberts is not a fan of testing to judge your knowledge. He likes for people to participate in the classroom and get involved in discussions. He gives plenty of extra credit and assignments for those students that like them. Being present in class is a must to get an A.

I had him for Developmental LifeSpan and he was super easy. He didn't teach much out of the books (at all) but they are very informative for Psyc majors. He brings a lot of personal experience and encourages classroom discussions. I recommend him! :)
