Easy A, as long as you take notes because she likes to mention crucial details that will most likely end up on the quiz. There's about 5 essays to write. I don't even know if she reads them. If she likes you, and if you can somewhat write well, this class is smooth sailing from there. It's also a discussion class so you do absolutely nothing.

This class (Non-Western) was an easy A. However, if you are politically correct, don't take this class. She tends to make remarks that may sound offensive to others if taken out of context. Also, for attendance, you are allowed to skip three classes.

Cooper's okay, but you're going to have to work to get her to like you. Don't suck up, but it'll def help you out with the random papers on whatever subjects or the stupid quizzes on the movies you'll watch in class. I liked her and I appreciate her cynicism and wit that passes over frat boy's heads, but she can be insulting if you're touchy.

She shows favoritism a lot, so if you're not the type to suck up, don't take her. She grades based on how she feels that day and will not compromise due to her fear of appearing easy. I did what was asked and kept failing until she liked me. A waste of a college course considering I spent more time angry and confused then inspired to learn.

Prof. Cooper is a very nice lady. She grades fairly and is willing to help you if you simply ask. Make sure you read the books assigned because every class is a discussion on the current book. She talks down on every religion out there particularly Christianity. I understand people have the right to free speech but she takes this too far. Easy "A."

Surprised she's rated so high. HORRIBLE. Gives so much unnecessary work that's graded incorrectly or differently for diff people. There is NO debating on grades, she will not meet you halfway for anything. She clearly doesn't like her students. We watched movies in class, but got hours of homework for out of class. Very offensive opinions too.

Overall she was pretty easy but she is very condescending and speaks her mind. Talks badly about religion all the time but the class isn't that bad. 1 quiz and 1 essay per book and you discuss the book in class so you dont even have to read. She did implement this stupid rule where she assigns everyone a page to summarize but it wasn't that bad.

She was horrible, but an easy A. If you don't want to learn anything and don't mind wasting an hour everyday to hear her stupid jokes, you'll like her. However, if you want to actually learn something, take someone else. Don't bother reading, and i doubt she even reads the papers.

People only like her because she's crazy and easy. She's funny, but I can honestly say I learned nothing in that class. Looking back I can only remember her political rants and talking about how she hates her family. Take another professor like Carb or Viator if you wish to actually learn. Way too easy-I don't even think she read our papers!

She is the best I ever had. She is a jewel hidden in Rowan. She realizes that we are all human and make mistakes. She lets you rectify your mistakes. Also, she never forgets being where we are today and put herself above us. She awesome!!!

I love Hazel! She is the best Professor who teaches about life and literature. She enjoys what she does and feel free to talk to her she loves chatting and is always willing to help you in any way she can. The BEST Professor at Rowan b/c she cares!

she's awesome. she talks to us like we're her friends,and that makes it so easy to approach her. she is hysterical and so willing to help you if you need it. we have a take home midterm and final, a presentation that is so simple, and a 15-20 page paper that she offered so much help with, so it doesn't seem so bad. overall take her! she's great!

Have to do 8-10 page research paper. Not an awful class-2 4 page essays, 2 tests, +research paper-read the assigned stories in class so you dont have to waste your time listening
