Took him for Chem 162 lab. By far one of the easiest classes I have taken. Labs were very straight forward along with the 4 quizzes. He explained everything well, and would help out with anything. Take him.

This guy will help you if you need it but you will have to break your back to do well in his class, he only passed about 8 people out of 50 of the section I was in. If your not prepared to study like hell you will probley fail.

Everyone has heard how bad the chem department is here, but what you don't know is that Blanton's the worst. In a class of about 35 cadets, he pass 6 of them. He doesn't teach what is on the test and often goes into tangents about his other class. Hes monotone and his logic makes little sense. STAY AWAY.

Very nice, well spoken, old jokes. Easy to find outside class. Alot of material, but it isn't hard to get a good grade if you put the time in. Organic chemistry isn't suppose to be easy no matter who teaches.

This guy sucks. He uses no method to teaching except to read straight from his notes, which are on the internet anyways. He is renowned for his incredibly tough organic class. The bad thing is that he is the only one who teaches first semester organic.
