Comment:
Keith is willing to answer all questions that students may have, but the enthusiasm of the feedback you receive is seemingly purely dependent on how he happens to feel that day. At times, his demeanor and attitude can feel very condescending and unnecessarily sarcastic. Work load is fair. Most things are straight forward. Attendance is mandatory.

Professor Keith is an awesome professor. He really cares despite what is previously said. His feedback is direct and never sugarcoated, so it can be taken as harsh but he just wants to see you succeed. All the handouts and course work for this class can be applied to real life and help you advance your career. Take his class serious to do well.

I love professor Keith. He is a quiet dude that is easy to be friendly with. He's a tough grader, but is arguably fair as he takes his class seriously. He's so pure ya'll.

Would not let the class leave during a fire alarm, ignored students requests to leave. Insults class during attendance, and calls questions and students stupid. Nothing is ever described as 'good', its always 'not bad' or 'better' than other groups.

He manages to take an already boring class and makes it even worse. Makes you feel dumb for any questions asked, and will talk down to you. Doesn't really listen to students either and doesn't make an attempt to learn names

Get ready to read and analyze several pages from textbook every night. Always gives quizzes on reading the next morning with about 3-4 questions from the short stories (some not short at all). If you didn't read , he will find out. Takes his own opinions and ideas harshly. Expects you to participate but will reject your ideas directly to your face.

Truly a great professor. I'll remember him. We didn't use a textbook whatsoever, he just gave us the format of papers through lectures and has multiple examples available on blackboard. Chill dude, makes jokes from time to time and is pretty funny. You can do rewrites for a better grade. Show up, participate from time to time, do all assignments.

Not recommended. Do not take his English 250, it is way harder than it needs to be. He grades on a pass-fail where if you don't get %100, you get a %0. You can redo homework but it takes many times for him to pass it. He was very rude to my classmates that had questions. If you already have him, do not question him and ask classmates for help!

Really wants people to participate but if you say something he doesn't agree with then forget it. Takes off points if you sit in the back of the class, tries to heavily relate things to religion depending on the story that was read. A ton of reading every night and a decent amount of essays and projects. Don't even bother with him honestly.

Professor Keith was a good professor for ENG251. He was the only professor who had in person classes for the course. In class, he goes over the assignments on the board and gives clear examples on how to complete them. He offers a lot of templates and rubrics on Blackboard. He does grade toughly, but he gives you the chance to redo. Great guy.

Professor Keith is a very reasonable guy but he is also easily flustered. You really have to put the effort in to get a good grade. He emphasizes participation but does not hesitate to challenge your arguments. Tip: if you sit in the front of class you get brownie points.

Condescending teacher if you don't see things his way or if you have your own opinion don't bother saying it The curriculum was not bad but the assignments dragged on, reading every single night and never really clear as to how to do them Really big on having your phone out before class and will drag on and on about how technology and you are awful

Professor Keith is outstanding, one of the best!!!He expects you to be a college student and do your work. If you read and show up prepared to discuss, you'll do well. He lets you re-write your essays to get a better grade and helps you edit it if you seek him out. Offers an extra test to improve your grade at the end and all tests are open-book.
