I don't attend UNO anymore....largely due to this teacher. She was unclear, bull-headed (which, i've always been a fan of sharing ideas...not so much for this prof.), and treated students poorly (lesser beings). As a teacher now, I use her as an example of "how not to teach". It's been 4 years since i've seen her....but i still have nightmares!

Absolutely horrible teacher. She's cocky, always uses the word UM, UM, UM. Speaks in a low, boring voice. Exams does not come from what is learned from lectures.

Only take her class online! I had her for a week before the hurricane and she was very rude, boring, and overly opinionated. She never stayed on topic, but instead talked about her views on the school system. Taking her class online allowed me to essentially teach myself and I got an A. Just avoid talking to her because she will make you mad!

The absloute worst class at UNO. Arrogant, Ignorant (had to have her TA grade scantron tests - she couldnt). She called the campus police on a student for no reason then proceeded to yell at the police in front of the class for not arriving quickly. She then said to the class, "this isnt the 1st time this happened." AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Comparative Psych could be so much more interesting and fun, unfortunantely, all the fun is lost when the tests become so unpredictable and unclear. I did all tests, all projects, attended every single class, asked a bunch of questions, still I couldn't even get a C as a final grade..Unbelieveable!! She is everything BUT a teacher!

This teacher was nuts, she would beat on the podium. It would scare me. She was rude to the students. Her lectures were NEVER the same material as the test. She had surprise assignments on Blackboard and didnt tell us. I got a B... pure luck!

In class, we learned about how teachers call on boys more in class, and she did the same exact thing. Girls could have their hands raised the whole class, and she would nenver call on them.

This professor should not be teaching this course. She has a very negative attitude. Her classroom is not an appropriate one for which students can learn. She does not know how to speak well with students. I found her class to be very confusing and hard.
