Lana is really passionate about Physics. She seemed to always be in a good mood which made her lectures relatively fun. The material covered is quite tough, but she made it very easy to get an A. Labs were awesome. Would definitely take again.

Soo she is an incredibly nice person and professor. She has an astounding passion for job. Beloved by students. I took her for three semesters 4A-4C. She makes it really EASY TO GET an A. Exam reviews mirror the actual exams. With that being said in hindsight I don''t feel like I learned that much. I wish she was a little tougher.

Shes always on campus willing o help students with questions. Heads up! Lots of HW assignments!! And all the labs require a complete formal writeup. Attendance is mandatory or else you fall behind Don't take her if you are lazy.

What more can I say that others haven't. She is a fabulous teacher and makes physics manageable for every single person. Her class does require work and time but the availability for help and guidance in the lab is wonderful. If she is not available a volunteer or Zaya is there. I wish there were more passionate teachers out there like Lana!

I've never experienced a teacher who truly loves her job and understands how difficult it is to be a student. She's always there to help and works with you to understand anything you are unsure of. It's up to you, you are your own enemy. Do your homework, labs, study her guides for each test, no reason you shouldn't get an A or B.

Just an amazing instructor. She really wants everyone to fo well. She jokes a lot & made physics fun! She's an understanding professor. Extremely helpful even during tests. Attend lecture, do all the hw, complete all labs, & you'll do well. Study! I got an A. You can too!

Great Teacher! Very Helpful. Loves Physics and wants you to do well. Attending class is important because she bases her exams on her notes. She gives study guides before exams. She made class fun and interesting, and she is by far the best teacher I have ever had!

Another good professor I highly recommend. She's crystal clear and super helpful on her lectures and tests. She does tons of demonstrations and visuals. Physics is tough, but she can really break it down so it's completely manageable. Only negatives are homework and tough projects projects(catapult, magnetic motor, etc). She helps out a lot though.

LANA IS AWESOME!!!!! Not only is she a wonderful teacher, she is brilliant and a great mentor, someone who is always there to talk to when you need it. She gets so excited about physics, and that always helps if you have to take a physics class, and are maybe not so math/science oriented. Be prepared for some work, but Lana is very helpful.

The Greatest teacher i have ever had. I only wish to be as great of a physics teacher as she is. i had her for three years and every one of them was excellent. The classes were challenging but she is a great teacher so no worries she is always there to help you. you will greatly enjoy her class.

I not only had the pleasure of taking her class but also working for her. She is a lot of fun. If you don't like to do homework but do well on tests (like me) change your attitude before you take her class. Her homework is a huge part of the class. Tests can be tricky but usually pretty do-able.
