He gave plenty of extra credit opportunities, but most of them were concerts or other events that a commuter strapped for cash couldn't go to. The exams were terrible, and he biased questions.(Remember if he asks, the best musical instrument is the cello. _) He never made clear explanations and didn't give good hints on what to study.

not an easy professor. he doesn't make thing very clear. he is often really hard to understand at times. he doesn't like to help outside of class too much. he was pretty much a waste of time and very boring. if you want to take this class you better know a lot about music, because if you don't good luck with that. try to stay away, too hard.

Awesome prof. Tells you exactly what to study when you take notes and on top of that sends you a study guide to study from. Extra credit is easily obtained. You dont NEED the CD's, you can listen to most of the stuff somewhere online(YouTube)

Funny professor. wears short shorts like LT. Dangle from Reno 911. I came into the class having some music background so i thought it was easy. Didn't use the book but i used the cds. you can always use youtube. Use the website on the book and do all the practice quizes. He takes them off the site word for word. Long tests, use the site. easy A

Easy class, if you have the book. Great guy who is willing to help, very nice, and respectable. Makes little jokes here and there which usually he only laughs which makes me laugh. Loves to tell you something and then say "you can use that at your next dinner party to impress your friends". Overall great guy with a great heart, loves to teach music, very passionate about it.

Super easy class, nicest man Ive ever met in all my 3 years here. Attendence is mandatory but all you have to do is buy the book or share with a friend- no notes, 3 or 4 tests with study guides with every question in order, and he teaches from YOUTUBE. He's so nice! I would recommend him to any student at BU.

So here's the deal, I read countless magazines, sent numerous text messages, slept, and did absolutely NOTHING and I got an A. The easiest class that I have ever taken and he gives you the answers before you take tests. He's also a pretty cool guy. Deffinetly take this teacher/class-easy A! :)
