Micheal Livingston is the best professor I have ever had. His tests are all essay style (he gives you a list of questions and says he will pick 4-5) so if you want to succeed you will. His developmental psych class is SO interesting and will make you a better spouse and parent

I've never met anyone who is as passionate about their career as Professor Livingston. He teaches you skills and information that are valuable and can actually be applied to your own life. This is by far the best class I have ever taken. We didn't have a textbook for this class either... major perk!

Living is my favorite professor for psyc. so sad that he does not teach more class I interested and I knew him so late. He gives a clear study guide and grade criteria. very intelligent person

BEST PROF EVER!!! His lectures are easy to listen to because of how interesting he is. I looked forward to class every day and found him to be extremely inspirational. Definitely my favorite prof... take him if you get the chance!!

Dr. L is amazing on more levels than one. He is crystal clear about his expectations, he garnishes his lectures with personal anecdotes and stories and he really wants you to learn. He's not out to get you, so his tests are straight forward. He knows so much. Great guy to learn from. One of my favorites.

Livingston is a very good teacher, but beware if you aren't a good writer or don't know APA format. YOU MUST KNOW APA. He's very intelligent, but make sure you do the reading before class because that's what discussion is based on.

He is the best teacher I have ever had in my life, no joke. His lectures are very interesting and he includes personal stories that are very inspiring. He is very clear and you can tell he wants everyone to succeed. He gives study guides that are incredibly helpful. This class will help you become a better parent and husband/wife. Simply amazing!

He is an AMAZING teacher. If you have any chances do take him. He is so down to earth and just wants you to do good in the class. He gives out study guides and everything on there is on the test. He is super smart and his classes are never boring. He is simply amazing. Best prof I've ever had.

I loved Dr. L's class! He has lots of reading and expects quite a bit from students, but I found our class fascinating. That being said, if you aren't interested in the topic, you'll probably resent taking his class because of all of the stuff he'll make you learn.

I participated in a book study on "The Varieties of Religious Experience" with Michael about a year ago, and I continue to find myself referencing the class in various discussions. He has a wealth of knowledge and genuinely cares what each individual has to say. I would recommend him to anyone!
